1. Eligibility:

Membership is available to individuals who:

  • Have experienced the loss of a spouse, partner, or significant loved one.
  • Are legally single.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.

2. Types of Membership:

We offer the following membership options:

a. Basic Membership (Free):

  • Create a profile
  • Browse other member profiles
  • Limited messaging

b. Premium Membership (Paid):

  • Unlimited messaging
  • Access to advanced search filters
  • Video chat and virtual events
  • Priority support

3. Membership Charges and Rates:

Premium Membership Pricing (example only; adjust to your business model):

  • Monthly Plan: £25.99/month
  • Quarterly Plan: £77.97 every 3 months
  • Annual Plan: £311.88/year

4. Payment and Billing:

  • Payments are processed securely through payment processor, “Stripe”
  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Users can manage subscriptions via their account settings.

5. Cancellation of Membership:

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their profile settings.
  • Upon cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

6. Reactivation of Membership:

  • Canceled or lapsed memberships can be reactivated by logging into your account and updating payment preferences.
  • Profile data will be retained for up to 12 months unless the user requests permanent deletion.

7. Renewal of Membership:

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled.
Reminder notifications will be sent via email before renewal for quarterly and annual plans.

8. Code of Conduct:

  • Refrain from harassment, offensive content, or solicitation.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
